In fact, to certify that each and every one of our vehicle wrap printing and installation projects is completed flawlessly, we created a set-in-stone process that we unfailingly follow—no matter what. So here’s how it works.
Before we can get behind the vehicle-wrapping wheel, you must let us know about your vehicle wrap needs by filling out our online form or giving us a call at 864.578.7575.
From here, we’ll schedule a time that’s convenient for you to get to know you and your company better. We’ll invest the time that’s needed to gain a full understanding of your vehicle wrap needs.
We’ll collect your contact information and the details about your vehicle, including its make and model. Then, we’ll collaborate with our designers to discuss how long it will take to design and wrap your vehicle. Based on our findings, we’ll send you an accurate proposal for your review.
Now, you’re in the driver’s seat. It’s time for you to review the proposal. Once it’s approved, buckle up and read on.
First, we’ll need a signed copy of your proposal and an initial deposit. During this time, we’ll also need to collect all design-related information from you. This includes your company’s logo, other images or visuals that are specific to your brand and details about your personal taste. For example, if you prefer a certain color or there’s something that must be included in the design, now is the best time to let us know. Once all of this information is collected, our designers take the wheel and begin designing.
Our superior designers will utilize the information we’ve collected to meticulously rev up a design that will exceed your expectations. Once our team is happy with what we’ve designed, we’ll present our proposed design to you. If you’re happy, too, great! We’ll get the gears in motion and proceed to the next step.
If you aren’t as excited as we are, don’t worry. You see, from a few minor changes to a whole new design, there are three rounds of revisions included within our vehicle wrap price—that is, of course, if they’re needed. Keep in mind, even though it’s rare to exceed three rounds of revisions, we do offer a chance to make more changes for an additional $75 per a round.
Once your design is finalized, it’s time to get moving and schedule your vehicle wrap.
To make sure that your vehicle wrap goes smoothly, we request two things from you. First, we ask that on the day before your vehicle is scheduled to be wrapped you drop your vehicle off to us by the end of the day. Second, please make sure that your vehicle is clean and free of dirt. But you don’t have to go too in depth with this cleaning. A simple wash will suffice.
After we receive your dirt-free vehicle, we will store it in our alarmed and protected insulation bay. This is where we’ll perform the wrap. It’s where your vehicle will stay until you pick it up, too.
It’s time to get wrapping. But before we begin, our vehicle wrap installers will double-check your vehicle’s measurements to ensure that the printed design is the right size for a perfect fit. And, if everything checks out, then we put the pedal to the metal and work our magic. After your vehicle has been wrapped and meets our standard for perfection, we’ll contact you to let you know it’s ready to be picked up.
When you arrive, we’ll instruct you to inspect our work and double-check that your final product is all you envisioned—and more. Then, after we receive your approval and your final payment, we’ll hand you the keys to your new, brand-charged, attention-grabbing machine. Then, we’ll watch in satisfaction as you drive your company toward future success.
